Welcome to Anjel Jewelry. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website anjeljewelry.co and your purchases from us. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Custom Grillz
All custom grillz orders are final sale once the mold/impression process has begun.
- No refunds after mold kit ships
- Sizing adjustments available
- 2-3 week turnaround time
- Temporary decorative use only
Custom Jewelry
Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Balance is due before delivery.

Custom Grillz Health Disclaimer
Custom grillz are intended for temporary, cosmetic, and decorative purposes only. They are not designed or intended to replace natural teeth, restore dental function, correct structural issues, or be worn continuously for extended periods.
Grillz must be removed prior to eating, drinking, sleeping, smoking, or performing any oral hygiene. Extended wear can trap food particles and bacteria, which may lead to tooth decay, cavities, gum irritation, or tooth enamel damage.
Anjel Jewelry is not liable for any dental complications, infections, swallowing/choking accidents, or structural teeth changes arising from wearing or misusing these items. Consulting a licensed dentist before wearing decorative grillz is highly recommended.

Warranty Terms
Jewelry & Repairs
One year against manufacturing and workmanship defects from the date of purchase or completed repair.
Custom Work & Grillz
Lifetime warranty on our craftsmanship, covering the workmanship of pieces we made ourselves.
Watch Batteries
One year replacement warranty on batteries we install.
What is covered
- Defects in our workmanship, such as failed solder joints or settings we made
- Stones loosening from a setting we produced under normal wear
- Manufacturing defects present at the time of sale
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, impact, loss or theft
- Normal wear such as scratching, thinning bands or finish dulling
- Work altered or repaired by another jeweler
- Lost stones where the setting itself is undamaged
Making a claim
Bring the piece to our Springfield Town Center location with your receipt or repair ticket. We will assess it in store and, where the claim is covered, repair or remake it at no charge. This warranty is offered by Anjel Jewelry, applies to the original purchaser, and is not transferable. It does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
